Med-O-Card AG, Frankfurt, the 100% daughter Company of Cepco Holding Ltd. in Israel, announced the appointment of Dr. Dieter Haag Molkenteller as its new CFO.

Med-O-Card AG (www.med-o-card.de), Cepco’s 100% daughter company in Germany, has been accepted by the German Ministry of Health (BMG) to be integrated into the governmental health care system, the largest closed eHealth network worldwide, serving 174,000 doctors, 3,000 hospitals, 25,000 pharmacies and 73 Million statutory insured citizens. Together with private health funds (PKV) that cover the remaining 9 Million German citizens, Med-O-Card will be available to any German citizen as of mid 2011.

Cepco Holding Ltd., Israel (www.cepco.net) and IMS-Health Germany (www.imshealth.de) have signed a cooperation agreement to serve the new German AMNOG legislation. The service will be implemented into the German market by Cepco’s daughter company Med-O-Card AG (www.med-o-card.de).
